What is the Case Study about? 

Prosumer initiatives as Community Supported Agriculture, Producer-Consumer Cooperatives or Citizen Shareholder Companies involve consumers in financing and designing regional organic value chains. The case study analyzes the contribution of these initiatives to social cohesion and their inclusiveness by fostering food system knowledge, transparency and trust among involved members and other actors along the value chain.
